OnlyPadel.ee operates on a custom order basis, meaning each product is printed on demand through our partner, Printful. Products are made specifically for each order, ensuring unique items tailored to each customer.
2. Production and Shipping
Once an order is placed, production begins immediately. Estimated production and delivery times are displayed at checkout, but may vary due to demand and location. OnlyPadel.ee provides tracking information via email once an order ships.
3. No Returns or Exchanges on Custom Products
All items are custom-printed by order, and due to this customization, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective. This aligns with Printful’s policy, where returns for custom products are only available for quality issues.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund upon confirmation of the issue. Any other return requests, including those for sizing or color, cannot be accommodated.
4. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as production begins immediately. Please double-check all details before submitting an order to ensure accuracy.
5. Shipping Costs and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times depend on the destination and are subject to change due to logistics issues or customs delays, which are beyond OnlyPadel.ee’s control.
6. Warranty and Liability
OnlyPadel.ee guarantees the quality of our products based on Printful’s standards. However, we are not liable for issues resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear of the products.
7. Data Privacy
OnlyPadel.ee values your privacy and handles personal information securely for order processing and customer support purposes. We do not share customer information with third parties except as required for order fulfillment.
